06/01/2026 I've been coming here once a month since they opened, now they won't get back with me, kinda like they don't know me. I guess a valuable customer doesn't mean anything. I paid them without any complaints, and even tipped 20%.

Called to make an appt, they didn't take my name or number, just said they'd hold the space and hung up, which should have been the first red flag. I showed up and the lady seemed super confused why I was there. Then brought me to the room and wanted money up front, cash only. I didn't have cash but they dont take card or venmo/cashapp. Thats fine, but i wish I could have known ahead of time. Regardless, I've never heard of paying up front for a service like a massage. The whole ordeal was rude and frustrating.
